Updates to ProForma and ProForma Lite are now complete. We are now in the process of testing all the servers to verify everything is running correctly.

Updates to ProForma Lite are now complete, and the updates to ProForma are in progress. The updates resulted in an outage of 30 seconds to each system.

Though updates are still in progress we do not expect any further outage during this maintenance.

ProForma had some instability on 8 April due to issue updates from Jira overloading ProForma's ability to process them. Issue updates are used by ProForma for form automation, such as adding a form when an issue transitions to a new status.

We have already added extra server capacity to handle the increase load. Now to prevent automation process affecting the main functionality of ProForma we are changing our configuration: issue updates and bulk update requests will be managed in a separate cluster of servers to the rest of ProForma.

This change will require an outage of approximately 15-20 seconds. During that period ProForma will not display forms or save changes to forms.
