We will be updating the AWS servers that run ProForma with the latest Amazon AMI and patches, which include important security fixes and improvements in clock synchronisation that should mitigate clock problems that manifest as JWT errors in ProForma.
ProForma will remain running through most of this period, however our testing has found there is likely to be an outage of around 60 seconds during one part of the update. ProForma will continue working without your intervention once this 60 second period is up, so if you have any problems please try again a minute later. Forms filled out on the portal during this period will still be processed and stored correctly, even if the outage occurs during or on form submit so we expect no data loss.
