The PostgreSQL database has been updated and the legacy version of ProForma for Jira Cloud is fully operational again. There were two short outages of a few minutes during the maintenance for the legacy version only, the current version of ProForma was not affected.

We will be performing maintenance on the database which runs a legacy version of ProForma for Jira Cloud, which means customers on this legacy version will experience a few minutes of ProForma not being available.
Almost all customers are using the current version of ProForma for Jira Cloud and will not be affected by this maintenance. This only affects the handful of customers using version 4 of ProForma from 2018.
During this maintenance the PostgreSQL database which stores information about how to connect to Jira Cloud instances will be upgraded. Note that ProForma never stores your forms or other Jira data, this database is only used to hold the information Atlassian requires us to hold for access to Jira.
