We are performing an upgrade to all existing forms in Jira Cloud for improved support of the new Jira issue view. All form data will be preserved during this upgrade process; however, during this time, forms may not initially be visible on the new Jira Issue View.
If you cannot view your forms in the new Jira Issue View during the upgrade process, there are two options for accessing your forms: 1. Switch to the Old Issue View; or 2. Click on the quick 'Add Form' button in the new issue view.
Both of these options will allow you to view and edit your forms.
Once the upgrade is complete all forms will be visible in the Old Issue View and the New Issue View.
